Berry Berry Chia {Pudding}





  • 1/2 c. bluberries
  • 1/2 c. blackberries
  • 1 c. strawberries
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 T. water
  • 3 T. chia seeds


  1. Wash and take the stems off your fruit.
  2. In a blender, I used a Vitamix, place all the ingredients except the chia seeds
  3. Blend until it is “smooth” – you will have tiny bits of seeds, but generally smooth
  4. Pour into a glass container, stir in the chia seeds
  5. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to overnight.
