- 1/2 c. bluberries
- 1/2 c. blackberries
- 1 c. strawberries
- 3 dates, pitted
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 T. water
- 3 T. chia seeds
- Wash and take the stems off your fruit.
- In a blender, I used a Vitamix, place all the ingredients except the chia seeds
- Blend until it is “smooth” – you will have tiny bits of seeds, but generally smooth
- Pour into a glass container, stir in the chia seeds
- Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour up to overnight.
